The whole machine is controlled by motion control card and operated by Human-Machine Interface, which can store m any kinds of cutting die data. The traverse of the punching head is driven by ball screws and servo motors with high positioning accuracy.

Adopting servo motor to drive the feeding of the roller clamp, the length of the feeding can be input directly on the touch screen. Machine with manual, point, automatic and other working methods, workers only need to pick up the finished product, greatly im proving the work efficiency and reducing labor intensity.

The main machine adopts gantry frame structure with high strength and no deformation.
